Underwriters Group was formed and
incorporated in 1982 to produce and
underwrite standard, specialty and excess
and surplus lines of property and
casualty insurance business for independent
insurance agents in Mississippi.
Underwriters Group Services was incorporated in 1985 as a premium finance
company.
Underwriters Group is particularly proud of both its company representation
and
its agency force statewide.
Our staff consists of twelve professional insurance people dedicated to
producing and underwriting profitable business and servicing that
business.
The principals are Ray Beasley, C.P.C.U., and
Steven H. Parr, C.P.C.U.
Underwriters Group is a member of AAMGA, NAPSLO, Independent
Insurance Agents of
Mississippi, PIA of Mississippi and Mississippi
Surplus Lines Association.
